Having experiences with the 5th dimension is a powerful, beautiful, and often life-changing experience. After having such an expansive experience, it can often be challenging to re-enter your 3rd dimensional life! 5th Dimensional Experiences can include any of the following: - Visiting vortexes and land portals where major activations are common (Mt. Shasta, Sedona, etc.) - Receiving light language - Receiving visitations from guides - Psychedelic journeys - Past life remembrance After such experiences, it is common to experience the following: - Overstimulation and anxiety around groups of people - Disinterest in the mundane aspects of life (job, responsibilities, etc.) - Questioning of different relationship dynamics in your life - Feeling low energy and needing lots of rest In 5D Integration Sessions, Carolyn works with you to come up with an integration plan that will help you weave the wisdom and guidance you've received from the 5th Dimension into your everyday life. Sessions include the following: - Grounding into the 3D through meditation and embodiment practices - Root chakra activation - Exploring ways to integrate new gifts and revelations into your everyday life - Setting energetic boundaries - Practices and lifestyle tips to utilize during your integration window (including diet, movement, rest, and other lifestyle factors). Sessions can be scheduled: - Before a 5D experience: This can benefit individuals who have a 5D experience planned (ie. a trip planned to a vortex or energetically significant site) and would like guidance on how to prepare beforehand and how to integrate after. - After a 5D experience: This is for individuals who have recently had a 5D experience and are seeking integration support. Sessions can be held in-person in Central Oregon, or via Zoom. Cost: Individual session: $75 3-pack of sessions: $200
