Flow with the Stars

Flow with the Stars is a 60-minute gentle yoga flow inspired by the rhythms of astrology.

Each week, we'll explore the current astrological landscape and how planetary movements may be reflected in our bodies, emotions, and energetic states. We'll begin with a brief overview of the week's astrology, along with time to journal, reflect, and set intentions.

From there, we'll move into a gentle, intentional flow designed around the themes and energies present in the sky - working with specific chakras, areas of the body, and energetic practices that correspond with the current planetary alignments.

Part astrology, part embodiment, and part energetic practice, Flow with the Stars is an invitation to move with the cycles rather than against them - to listen more deeply to your body, connect with your inner world, and work intentionally with the energy available to you.
