Carolyn Candela is a Reiki Master, Energy Worker, Yoga Instructor, and Spiritual Mentor devoted to bridging the mystical and the practical. As the founder of Grounded & Free Coaching, she guides others in reconnecting with their innate wisdom, cultivating energetic sovereignty, and embodying their highest expression of self.

A Usui/Holy Fire Reiki Master with over 500 hours of training in yoga and meditation, Carolyn weaves together ancient wisdom, intuitive guidance, somatic movement, and energy healing to support transformation on physical, emotional, and energetic levels. Her approach is rooted in the understanding that true spiritual expansion is not about transcending the human experience, but becoming more deeply embodied within it.

Drawing inspiration from the natural world, yogic philosophy, and her connection with higher-dimensional realms, Carolyn creates spaces for others to release outdated patterns, regulate their nervous systems, and reconnect with their authentic essence. Her work incorporates Reiki, meditation, light language, intuitive movement, and energetic clearing to help individuals strengthen their connection with their bodies, intuition, and the Divine.

Through private healing sessions, spiritual mentorship, astrocartography readings, and group workshops, Carolyn supports individuals navigating spiritual awakenings, life transitions, and periods of profound inner transformation. Having facilitated practices on spiritual and psychedelic retreats, she brings a grounded, compassionate presence to experiences that bridge expanded states of consciousness with everyday life.

At the heart of Carolyn's work is the belief that spiritual evolution and the human experience are not separate. By cultivating greater awareness, energetic alignment, and trust in our inner wisdom, we create space to live more authentically, receive more fully, and experience the freedom of being who we truly are.
